Since this was the Food Network's, YouTube channel we know who is behind this.
We assume this is because that  Pearse's bad-ass F-bombs were drawing too much attention.
We expect a bleeped version to re-appear soon.

Ramsay might not get the sack for his shark fishing incident.
"Gordon's spokesman defended the chef, saying that the fishing incident took place in the summer of 2009 - a year before he talked to Channel 4 about making a film on shark hunting.

Telly chef Gordon Ramsay may face Channel 4 axe after controversial shark fishing incident

I am sure the shark said something to Gordon to piss him off and provoke this reaction and Ramsay has to maintain his macho image. Maybe he was mad at the shark because while making the Channel 4 doc. Costa Rican gangsters poured gasoline on Ramsay' golden locks.

In the News: Jamie Oliver under fire for using pre-prepared sauces.

The Emperor has no clothes: The Naked Chef is facing heat for using pre-prepared sauces in his restaurant chain Jamie's Italian.

Jamie's people maintain that: “This is simply for consistency across our restaurants and is perfectly normal when you have a chain of restaurants serving the same menu.”

We wonder if striving for consistency means pre cut lettuce or tomatoes that are also found in restaurant chains.
