We first noticed this video (no longer available on the website - it's called a permalink and you should offer it to bloggers to direct traffic to your lousy website) on the Montreal Gazette’s website  on November 18, 2010. 
 

This is funny to us because she was on the City of Montreal's naughty list one month before for health code violations.
